Scientific Programme

Posters: On the day of our arrival, Wednesday 7 May, there will be two poster sections in the Rittersaal.

General Discussion on Wednesday. Communications and definition of the topics of the breakout sessions on Friday after lunch.

Regular talks: 25' + 5' each on Thursday and Friday.

Social Events

For dinner on May 7th (the day of our arrival) we will organize a picnic
on the nearby Lämmerberg hill (just a 10 minute walk from the castle).

We'll have beer garden tables set up at Lämmerberg and,
of course, a keg of local beer brewed with local hops.

From Lämmerberg we can enjoy views of Arzberg and its quarry,
the Main-Danube Canal and, if we stay long enough, the Aquarid meteor shower.

Each participant brings food and soft drinks from the castle buffet.

The cost for the guide, service (tables) and beer is estimated to be around €5 per person.
If there is any left over, we will donate it to the castle as a tip, as we did last time.

If you are not coming, dinner will be at the castle as usual.

It goes without saying that you are welcome to bring along any board games or card games, as well as musical instruments.

Of course, if the weather is bad, we will eat inside the castle as usual.
This will be decided a few days in advance based on the weather forecast.
