Registration
All participants (in-person and online) are requested to fill in the registration form. You will be redirected to Academic ID login. If you do not yet have an account, please use the "Sign Up' option to create one.
Abstract Submission
You are encouraged to actively participate in the Technical Meeting (Monday, team-internal only) and/or the Science Sessions (Tuesday and Wednesday, open for everyone).
After registration, use the Abstract Submission form to submit title and a short abstract of the planned presentation.
Registration Fee
The registration fee is for on-site participants only. The fee of 120€ covers:
- meeting participation
- coffee & more at KIS
- conference dinner
Lunch is available at the Fraunhofer-canteen (300m walking distance), and is not included in the registration fee (payment possibile by cash or card at the canteen).
Online participation is free of charge.
Hotel Booking and other travel arrangements are up to the participants.
