The workshop will explore some of the most exciting recent advances in the interaction of electromagnetic radiation with matter, spanning frequencies from microwaves to X rays and covering quantum materials, materials of reduced dimensionality, and engineered metamaterial structures. Each participant will deliver a colloquium-style lecture of 45-minutes on a topic of their choice, accessible to a broad scientific audience.
Registration & Fees
Please register on the corresponding subpage by March 31.
Venue
The workshop will take place at Harnack House, a historic venue of the Max Planck Society in Dahlem, Berlin, long associated with landmark scientific gatherings. Accommodation and meals will be provided for all invited speakers throughout the workshop.
Abstracts
Participants must submit a 1–2-page abstract by June 15 on the corresponding subpage, describing the approach and the main results of the work to be presented.
