Whether you are just starting your career or are already well established, very few people have ever truly learned how to negotiate their salary. Yet it is a skill like any other — learnable, trainable, and significantly more successful with the right tools.

In this interactive keynote session, you will receive a structured introduction to one of the most important topics of your career. You will learn how to assess your market value in a well-founded way, understand the concept of the “salary square,” and derive a realistic salary target from it. You will develop a negotiation strategy tailored to you and your specific situation, based on proven negotiation concepts from practice and research. You will discover which levers exist beyond base salary and how to use them strategically. And you will learn how to confidently handle typical counterarguments while keeping a clear head, even in challenging conversations.

Trainer:

Jessica Kreuzer, founder of Gehalt Offensive, played in the German Women’s Bundesliga at the age of 19. After completing her Master’s degree in Economics, she took on leadership responsibility in an international corporation — in controlling, recruiting, sales, and corporate development. For over 10 years, she led large teams and conducted numerous salary negotiations from both sides of the table. Today, she works as a salary negotiation expert and collaborates with more than 20 universities across the DACH region.
