The meeting will take place at the Porto Vitilo Boutique Hotel, located at Itilo (Mani) in Greece. The daily room prices agreed with the hotel are indicated at the end of the page. These include:
a) Breakfast
b) A mandatory environmental tax of 5 Euros/day.
Regarding lunch, dinner and social event, see the Logistics section of this website.
- For meeting participants who may arrive earlier, the room prices apply also for the period of April 17-19.
- Participants who want to stay beyond the meeting date (April 24th) should contact the hotel, as room availability (due to a follow-up event) cannot be guaranteed.
- Booking will only work as long as the booking dates include at least one of the meeting days (April 20-24)

c) Set the details about your visit (dates, number of persons etc.)
d) Select the room and proceed with the booking
Rooms will be allocated on a first-come/first-serve basis, so please book your room early especially if you want to secure several of the lower cost rooms.
Νotice that few room types will appear only if the number of persons selected is 2 (or more).

- All rooms can accommodate at least two persons, but some have two single instead a one double bed. Make sure to clarify this with the hotel based on your needs, if this distinction matters for you

Accommodation near Athens Airport (with airport shuttle service)
Since available flights may not align well with the bus schedule (between Athens airport and Porto Vitilo), some participants may have to arrive one day earlier in Athens (Sunday 19/4) or leave one day after the meeting ends (Saturday 24/4). In that case, we provide below several options of hotels/apartments near the Athens airport, including an airport shuttle service. There is also a hotel adjacent to the airport (Sofitel), but it is very expensive.
