Description

Nonlinearity is required to accurately model many scientific phenomena.  This event brings together scientists from a broad array of topics through biology, chemistry, physics and more, to discuss nonlinear modeling problems and techniques, specifically aligned with those from numerical methods and in algebraic geometry.  Our goals include introducing PhD students and early-career researchers to the various techniques, and to facilitate collaboration across the different fields.
