The Institute collects data for registration purposes. The legal basis for processing is Article 6, para. 1, lit b GDPR.
The legal basis for processing in these instances is Article 6, para. 1, lit. a GDPR (consent of the data subject).

The recipients of the personal data received is the organizing department: Public Relations who requires the data to fulfil registration processes.
5. Duration of storage
The data will be collected and stored for the organization of the lecture.
