DESCRIPTION:\n\nAMD AI Days brings hands-on AI and machine learning traini
 ng for AMD GPUs to the Max Planck Society.Over 1.5 days\, participants wil
 l get a practical introduction to the AI ecosystem on AMD hardware\, cover
 ing topics from container workflows and PyTorch training to LLM optimizati
 on\, profiling\, and inference benchmarking. The workshop closes with a lo
 ok at more advanced applications\, including neural operators\, surrogate 
 models\, and a hands-on Tiny LLaMA example. Sessions are tailored to Viper
 -GPU\, MPCDF's AMD-based HPC-AI system\, which is freely available to all 
 Max Planck researchers.\nThe event is aimed at researchers and research so
 ftware engineers looking to build practical skills in AI/ML on AMD GPUs\, 
 and takes place online on Monday afternoon\, October 5th\, and all day Tue
