 ientific infrastructur coordinator)\n\nAt work\, we spend so much ti
 me sitting at our desks\, an activity (or rather\, passivity) that
  our bodies have not evolved for. To keep your back healthy\, we
  offer this exercise course.\nIt takes place on Tuesdays from 11:00-11:45 
 am in the CSBD Atrium ground floor. The courses will run for 10 weeks tota
 l. Please wear appropriate clothing for movement. The course includes:\n\n
 many movement exercises to strengthen the back muscles\nstretching exerci
 ses and tips for a better posture at the workplace\ntips for relaxing the
  shoulder and neck area\nexercises are performed both standing and lying 
 on a mat (not provided - please bring your own)\nfeasible for all training
  conditions\n\n \nAt this point\, participation costs 150 EUR up front -
  this may be reimbursed partially or in full by your health insurance. (Pl
 ease check with your health insurance company in advance.) At the conclusi
 on of the event\, a participation certificate will be generated for submis
 sion to your insurance provider. The total should be transferred within th
 e first few days after the start of the course via Bank transfer.\nA minim
 um number of participants is required for the course to take place. \n\nh
