 R)\, Brian von Rueden (MPI-CBG)\n\nAt work\, we spend so much time 
 sitting at our desks\, an activity (or rather\, passivity) that our
  bodies have not evolved for. To keep your back healthy\, we offe
 r this exercise course.\nIt takes place on Tuesdays from 11:00-11:45 am in
  the CSBD Atrium ground floor. The courses will run for 10 weeks total. Pl
 ease wear appropriate clothing for movement. The course includes:\n\nmany 
 movement exercises to strengthen the back muscles\nstretching exercises a
 nd tips for a better posture at the workplace\ntips for relaxing the shou
 lder and neck area\nexercises are performed both standing and lying on a 
 mat (not provided - please bring your own)\nfeasible for all training con
 ditions\n\n \nAt this point\, participation costs 150 EUR up front - this
  may be reimbursed partially or in full by your health insurance. To our k
 nowledge\, TK insured persons could receive 100% of the 150 EUR back\, oth
 ers receive 80% of costs/up to 75 EUR reimbursed. (Please check with your 
 health insurance company in advance.) At the conclusion of the event\, a p
 articipation certificate will be generated for submission to your insuranc
 e provider. The total should be transferred within the first few days afte
 r the start of the course via Bank transfer.\nA minimum number of particip
