 ound the corner – and what could be a better way to embrace the season t
 han investing in your well-being\, your breath\, and your inner balance?We
  are excited to announce the next Yoga course at CBG\, starting after the 
 Easter holidays on 22 April. Building on the success of our previous cours
 e\, this new block is thoughtfully designed to move with the energy of the
  season.🌿 What to expect:This summer course brings a slightly more dyna
 mic yoga style – think flowing sequences that energise the body and clea
 r the mind. At the same time\, we stay true to what makes yoga truly trans
 formative: Pranayama (breathing techniques) and Meditation remain an integ
 ral part of every session. Because in a corporate context\, it is precisel
 y this balance of movement and stillness that helps you stay grounded\, fo
 cused\, and resilient.☀️ And when the sun is shining? We take it outsi
 de – sessions may take place on the CSBD terrace\, turning your practice
  into a true outdoor experience.📋 Course details:• Yoga teacher: Chri

 • Duration: 9 sessions• Price: €99.00 per person (self-pay course)
 • Location: Grotto of the CBG-Canteen / CSBD\, terrace• Min. 8 / Max. 
 12 participants\nIncidentally\, this course could also be used as a drop-i
 n course for everyone who decide at short notice to attend the odd session
 . The cost is then €15.00 per session.\nImportant note: The costs for th
 is course are likely not covered by health insurance. The total amount sho
 uld be transferred at the start of the course. Details will follow after s
