 delighted to be able to offer a Nordic walking course for the first time a
 s part of our MPI-CBG/CSBD occupational health management.Jan Riedel\, 201
 6 German athletics champion in the 800 metres\, will give us practical tip
 s on warming up\, posture and technique with Nordic walking poles\, breath
 ing\, foot and lower back strengthening. \nKickoff takes place 29 April.
