DESCRIPTION:The Labor serves as a forum for the discussion of current rese
 arch projects by doctoral and postdoctoral fellows and scientific staff of
  the Institute. It offers all researchers the opportunity to present proje
 cts at different stages and in various formats\, including work-in-progre
 ss\, dry runs for conference papers\, thesis chapters\, as well as to disc
 uss pre-circulated written work. Possible languages for the presentation a
 nd discussion are English\, German\, and Italian.\n\nThe Labor is organize
 d and moderated by the postdoctoral scientific assistants of both depa
 rtments. Technical assistance is provided by the doctoral fellows. The Lab
 or takes place once a month and is open to all Institute members and staff
 . As the format is not fixed\, the organizers welcome creative proposals f
 or presenting individual and collaborative research projects. Should you b
