Description
Registration Deadline: February 8

This workshop is for women and anyone who identifies as female – not to make you „nicer“, but more resilient to verbal attacks and professional challenges.

We’ll name sexism, microaggressions and everyday put-downs for what they are, instead of gaslighting ourselves into „maybe I’m overreacting“.

You’ll learn how to use Nonviolent Communication to set clear boundaries. And you’ll practice sharp, witty comebacks that protect your dignity and your values when „playing along“ and keeping quiet don’t help anymore. We’ll explore how gendered expectations shape your reactions – from people-pleasing to freezing – and how to rewrite those patterns.

The goal is not to endure more, but to choose when you stay, when you speak up and when you walk away.

Come if you’re tired of swallowing comments, laughing along, or replaying conversations at 3 a.m. thinking of what you should have said. Leave with tools, language and allies – and with a version of yourself that takes up unapologetic space.“
