Are you going to take full responsibility for a project in your company or institution and are looking for a suitable monitoring concept and framework for planning, realisation and supervision? In our course you will learn the necessary techniques and processes based on best practices of the project management community and apply them practically in examples.
The lecture series with discussion of exercises consists of four dates:

Participants are expected to work independently on exercises between the dates. The solutions are submitted by e-mail at least one day before.
Volker Kraus worked at the Institute of Theoretical Physics, Ulm University. Volker did research in Theoretical and Computational Physics. He joined the Institute of Experimental Physics, did Research on Polymer Physics and achieved a PhD. He returned to the Institute of Theoretical Physics to proceed on Molecular Dynamics Simulation topics. He then left in 1994 for aerospace industry. Since 2020 he is Senior Lecturer for Project Management at Ulm University Faculty of Natural Sciences.
