⊱🪷⊰˚ Start your workday with clarity, energy, and balance. ˚⊱🪷⊰˚ 

This self-pay course takes place Wednesdays from 08:00-09:00 am in the Grotto of the CBG-Canteen. 8 sessions of 60-minute morning yoga are designed to help you release tension, improve focus, and boost productivity before you even open your first email.

Through a mix of gentle stretches, mindful breathing/meditation, and energising postures, you’ll awaken your body and calm your mind, setting a positive tone for the day ahead.
No prior yoga experience is needed – all levels are welcome.

The course starts again on January 14 for 8 sessions. Please register by December 14 via the linked registration form.
