Note that only a limited number of places for the conference dinner remain. Reservation operates on a first come first serve basis. All early bird registered participants who requested to join the dinner are confirmed.
Usage of the conference fee
In addition to the services shown on the website, which the participant of a congress receives, there are a number of services that are provided in the background and are necessary to reach a high level of the event. Of course, here come costs of rooms and general organization. To establish a program, an international committee can be put together, well-known speakers are invited, a selection committee for the abstracts may be required, or cooperation with the board of a scientific society. If these are not voluntary services, expenses are to be considered in the calculation of the congress such as travel expenses, reduced conference attendance, speaker’s dinner or other paid services including any incidental costs such as tips.
