Objectives: 

  • Introduction on Image anlaysis
  • How to use the python environmnent and  code libraries
  • Choosing algorithms for your analysis
  • Choosing analysis paarmeters
  • Removing extraneous factors
  • Finalising pipeline: testing for reproducibility

 

Level:  Intermediate

Format:  Instructor explains the material and does live-coding. Learners follow live-coding examples and solve exercises on their laptops.

Who can participate / Capacity: All CBG members. max 20 places.

Prerequisites:

  • Basic idea of image anlysis
  • Atleast beginner level experience with Python
  • Basic idea of Jupyter notebook is a plus
