Herb foraging is an activity organized by the Institute's Health & Sustainability teams.
The day will be led by an expert who will guide us in learning about local edible plants. Together, we’ll enjoy some light exercise and appreciate the natural bounty of the season.
After the hike, we’ll return to the Institute to cook with our freshly foraged ingredients, transforming them into delicious dishes.
Meanwhile, children can take part in creating their own Easter crafts using recycled materials.
Once the cooking and crafting are complete, we’ll come together to share a meal.
