A healthy rest may improve performance — take a break before your concentration drops! This may be sooner than we think. Many people only notice their fatigue when it becomes unbearable. The longer you continue to work while tired, you may expose yourself to unnecessary stress and actually perform more poorly. The only thing that helps against this is to recover.
