3. Purpuse of data processing and legal basis for data processing
The data will be used for the organisation of registrations and the implementation of events of the Max-Planck-Institut für Kohlenforschung.
Fields marked with * must be filled in for a successful registration process. If this data is not provided, you will not be able to complete the registration process. The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DS-GVO.
Fields that are not marked with an * can be filled in optionally. By doing so, you authorise us to store and process this data for the purpose of registration. The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DS-GVO.
4. Recipients or categories of recipients
The processing of your personal data takes place within the scope of order processing on systems of GWDG GmbH for the purposes of registration and organization of the event. A passing on of data to third parties does not take place.
5. Storage duration
Your data will only be processed for as long as is necessary for the planning and final implementation of the event or due to legal restrictions. As the event takes places, annually, we would like to inform you about further events. If you do not consent to this, please uclick unsubscribe.
Your freely provided data will be stored until you revoke your consent. You can revoke your consent at any time. To do so, please contact the Max-Planck-Institut für Kohlenforschung.and send an e-mail to contact@kofo.mpg.de.
6. Rights of data subjects
