• Participants become aware of common obstaclesto giving and receiving feedback and how to overcome them
• Participants know how to engage theirsupervisors, peers and/or supervisees to learn what behaviours they need tochange to become more effective at their task
• Participants learn how to communicate their ownneeds and requests clearly
