Programme of the workshop

-    To learn about three types of feedback and recognise them in typical work situations.

-    Identify stumbling blocks (What makes it difficult to get feedback or to give feedback? What is a concrete example situation?)

-    To show possible solutions (with reference to the in-depth workshop)

This workshop is intended to learn more about this topic. For those interested, there will be an opportunity to further explore the topic from 08 February.
